Dermal Fillers
Every filler we offer falls into one of two families. The difference is in how they create results, and how long those results last.
1. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Gel Fillers
Hyaluronic acid is a sugar molecule your skin already makes to hold moisture and plumpness. HA fillers are a smooth gel version of it, placed exactly where volume has been lost.
- Results are visible immediately
- Typically last 6–12 months, then naturally break down
- Adjustable and reversible if needed
We offer: Revanesse Versa
2. Biostimulatory Agents
Biostimulators go beyond filling space. They prompt your own body to produce new collagen, so over time your skin rebuilds its own structure and firmness.
- Results build gradually and look natural
- Longer-lasting, often a year or more
- Improve skin quality, not just volume
We offer: Bellafill, Sculptra and Radiesse
Revanesse Versa (Hyaluronic Acid Gel)
An FDA-approved hyaluronic acid filler made with a smooth, uniform gel designed for natural-looking correction with minimal swelling. It softens lines and restores lost volume right away.
Best for: Moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including smile lines (nasolabial folds), marionette lines, downturned mouth corners, and the crease above the chin. A great first filler for patients who want immediate, adjustable results.
Bellafill (Biostimulator – PMMA)
A collagen-based filler containing tiny PMMA microspheres. The collagen provides immediate lift, while the microspheres stay in place to support your skin’s own collagen. That makes it the longest-lasting filler we offer. A simple skin test is done beforehand.
Best for: Deep smile lines (nasolabial folds) and moderate to severe rolling acne scars on the cheeks. Ideal for patients who want a durable, long-term correction.
Sculptra (Biostimulator – PLLA)
Made from poly-L-lactic acid, Sculptra works beneath the skin to stimulate gradual collagen production. It is typically given as a short series of treatments, with results developing subtly over several months and lasting up to two years or more.
Best for: Overall facial volume loss, including hollow cheeks and temples, deeper wrinkles and folds, and thinning, less firm skin. Ideal for a natural, full-face rejuvenation rather than spot correction.
Radiesse (Biostimulator – CaHA)
Composed of calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres in a smooth gel, Radiesse offers the best of both worlds: immediate lift and structure, plus ongoing collagen stimulation for results that typically last a year or more.
Best for: Smile lines and other moderate to severe folds, defining the jawline, restoring volume to the backs of the hands, and, in a diluted form, smoothing crepey skin on the chest (décolleté).
