Horton House built in 1925, is an original Sears and Roebuck pre-fabricated kit home. Brought in by train, the 2 story 4 bedroom home was assembled at 1345 Clay St in Orange County, Florida. The structure was a private residence until the early 2000’s then converted to a business location for the White Picket Fence Counseling Center. To obtain business zoning, the property was annexed into Winter Park and designated as a Historic Place by the Winter Park Historic Preservation Board.

Dr Horton purchased the property in 2019 to house MD Age Management, a boutique medical practice specializing in non-surgical Aesthetic and Ant-Aging Medicine. The property required it’s own rejuvenation and Dr Horton carefully and lovingly updated the facility while keeping the historic charm of this Winter Park landmark.
